I have a client located in Stafford, TX that has an immediate need for a Document Control Specialist/SAP Master Data Management Specialist (MDMS). If you or anyone you know is qualified or interested in the position listed below, please call or send your resume in MS Word format immediately.     

The Document Control Specialist/SAP Master Data Management Specialist (MDMS) is responsible for managing, storing maintaining and distribution of all documents necessary to ensure compliance with ISO and FDA/QSR regulations. This role manages a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Oversees the operation of the document control center to ensure that all departments have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Creates and maintains material master data via SAP according to approved requests and meeting business expectations.

Job Requirement

The requirements for this position are:

  • At least, 5-10+ years’ experience Document Control Specialist/SAP Master Data Management Specialist (MDMS)
  • Must have proficiency with SAP software
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree from a college or university

  • Self-starter and good communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and information management capabilities
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) and SharePoint

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience or exposure to good manufacturing practices, quality system regulations, and/or ISO standards a plus  

  • Experience with SAP Material Management, preferred
