As a TechniPower Inside Sales Account Manager, you are the liaison between hiring executives and technical candidates for a perfect fit placement. We are looking for high-energy, forward-thinking, service-oriented team members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily phone calls to properly identify decision-makers and build a book of business
- Understand a client’s urgency to fill a position
- Thrive in an environment with ongoing training and professional development
- Prove to be solution-oriented in complex scenarios
- Effectively negotiate between technical candidates and hiring managers
- Continually expand business development in national markets
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Efficiently communicate among colleagues to ensure success
