TechniPower has opportunities for technical recruiters at its headquarters in Roswell, Georgia. As a TechniPower recruiter, you are the liaison between inside sales account managers and technical candidates for a perfect fit placement. We are looking for high-energy, forward-thinking, service-oriented team members.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily phone calls to properly identify and qualify candidates for technical positions
Understand a client’s urgency to fill a position
Ability to be solution-oriented in complex scenarios
Thrive in an environment with ongoing training and professional development
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Continually expand our candidate database
Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to maintain relationships with candidates and internal sales team
